Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lake House Sports. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
- Used merchandise, installed equipment, or items showing signs of wear, damage, or water use are not eligible for return.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products—including life jackets, impact vests, ropes, and other personal-use equipment—may not be eligible for return once used or worn in the water.
- Clearance, closeout, and final-sale items are final sale unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the product and, when appropriate, work with the manufacturer on a warranty claim.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal product deterioration is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping and other associated costs are generally non-refundable.
A Note About Returns:
Because many of the products we sell are specialized sporting equipment, we reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise and determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
If an item has been used, damaged, altered, washed, exposed to water, or otherwise cannot reasonably be sold as new, we may decline the return.
We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to find a reasonable solution when something goes wrong.
